Firstan is committed to protecting your privacy, this policy explains what information is collected and how it is used

What data is collected

Firstan only collects information entered into the online forms by users themselves. This will include:

* Names
* Email Addresses
* Telephone Numbers
* Company Names

This information is used purely for verification and account creation. All information held is done so securely inline with Firstans Full Privacy and Cookies policy documented on the Firstan Website

Data uploaded to the FTP service

All data stored on the FTP is kept securely and is only accessible by Firstan Staff or other authorized persons. Login details are issued separately to each company requesting an account and login details will only access that companies FTP directory. All data will be permanently stored until deletion is requested or the account is terminated
